Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Growing area: Colchagua Valley.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation between 28º and 30º C to get more color and structure. Four light pump-over every day.Post fermenting maceration for about two weeks, then the juice was separated from the skins. Part of the wine was put in oak. Complete malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 30% of the volume for 6 months in American oak.
Food machings: Pasta, red meats, cheeses.
Winemaler's note: Lovely and intense ruby color. It has a nice aroma with reminds of red ripe fruits, strawberry jam, hints of plums and some tones of vanilla. In mouth is fat, well balanced, soft tannins, well rounded, good concentration and persistency. It's hard to say how nice it is to open a bottle and to feel the pleasure of drinking it. Alcohol 13.5 %.
