Grape variety: 100% Merlot. Growing area: Colchagua Valley. Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation between 26º and 28ºC to Develop a very fruity wine. Four daily light pump-over to get a better structure. Some wine was left in post fermenting maceration. Part of the wine was put in oak.Full malolactic fermentation was done. Aging: 25% of the volume for 5 months in American oak. Winemaler's note: Intense red color yet with some violet tones. It´s aromas remind cherries and blackcurrants, and the dark fruits tones match very well with the vanilla and toasted touches of oak. In mouth is juicy, well bodied with soft tannins and great persistency. Alcohol 13.5%.
